
Many people used to cook pork after giving a high pressure on pressure cooker to make the meat softer.But ,in my style of cooking I'm not going to do that because it reduces the taste while eating.So, first put the meat along with garlic ,ginger,onion,red chilli,tarmaric powder and fixed quantity of salt and heat for 10 minutes. At the meantime don't forget to suffle using spoon .After that put potato and cook till potato get pasted.and put some water now ,as soon as it starts boiling its time to put bamboo shoot and cook for 15 minutes more. Then, you can served it with plane rice.It really taste good thrust me.
